Following the growth and optimization trend that we have applied in recent times, from Bunker DB Analytics we bring good news. From late January, all our users will enjoy a new and more powerful sentiment module.
New features, more information, filters, labels and a more dynamic interface are some of the improvements that await you. Discover them all in this brief article.
1. Friendlier interface, more organized data
In the new sentiment module you will find a much more powerful and organized interface. To improve the browsing experience, you will now have three different tabs where the data is organized. They are: Statistics, Comments and Frequent Users.
Now the information is ordered hierarchically, going from the purely quantitative to the qualitative according to the tab in which you are. We also added a more dynamic procedure, with filters of different types to analyze the contents and with different graphics that add better order, and translate the behavior of your audience.
2. More statistics, metrics and information
The new "Statistics" tab will have all the general information. On the one hand, it will continue with the graph of comments by selected period. On the other, you will have a new feature such as the word-cloud of tagged comments, weighing the most used tags. A procedure that will help you know which topics predominate in your comments, such as "queries", "complaints", "claims", "benefits" and more.
At the same time, you will have a pie chart that will divide the networks that you have enabled according to the amount of comments made on each one. Something that will tell you more precisely where your consumers interact most and in what tone they do.
Within the “Comments” tab, you will see all of the selected period listed. To know which content they correspond to, you just have to click on the link “publication” of each one. Then, a window will open with the preview of the specific publication. An ideal shortcut to know where to comment or respond.
Following that line, you will find a download symbol in the upper right of this tab. An option that will allow you to download a CSV with the total of the comments you are analyzing.
3. Multiple filters according to your preference
This new functionality of Bunker DB Analytics will give you the ability to filter based on a wide variety of options. Some of them are: by publication or comment dates, keyword, tags, favorite, conflicting comments, specific networks or more.
Regardless of the section of the module you are in, you can always filter by publication date, comment or by selected networks. The "filter by publication" will show you all the comments of the publications made in the period of time you choose. Even if some of them were not performed within the specified dates.
In the “filter by comment” only comments included in a period of your preference will be included. Step followed, and regardless of which of the two filters mentioned above you use, the platform will organize them chronologically from highest to lowest; the first being the one that was published less time ago.
As an aggregate, there will also be the “network filter”; the one of "keyword"; to search for “tagged comments” (or not), which will speed up your analysis process in a much simpler way; “outstanding comments” (or conflicting) and those that are not; closing with the filter by publication, which will help you see the comments of one or more publications that you want to check.
4. Discover who your frequent users are
From now on you will be able to know which of your users comment on your publications most frequently. All you have to do is check the "frequent users" tab. There you will see the names of the people listed and the number of times they commented according to the chosen period of time.
In turn, Bunker DB Analytics will create rankings with them. On the one hand, there will be the top 10 of “frequent positive users”; on the other, the "frequent negative users". Those who appear will be a person who commented more than once in any of your publications in a specific period of time.
This new advantage will make it easier for you to identify who interacts most with your brand and in what tone they do it. This will easily detect if someone feels dissatisfied and attend to their case before it escalates. So you can also monitor the evolution of their behavior over time to verify if there is an improvement.
5. Determine your benchmark and protect your reputation
In this new version of sentiment you will have positive, neutral and negative “average comments” of the year. The dynamics will help you determine the benchmarks of each category and configure them as KPIs. A dynamic that will enable Bunker DB Analytics to send you alerts in case these are met or not.
An illustrative case would be to put a benchmark of negative comments like KPI to monitor that this figure is not exceeded. If in fact it did, you would receive a notification and understand that something is wrong or that you must act differently to reverse the trend. A sum of three factors (benchmark + KPIs + alerts) that will ensure you more than positive brand health.
